Phoenix Home Systems Integrator provides excellent customer service and preventative maintenance. Customer service is our highest priority, and the foundation of our reputation. Even the best components and systems can experience unexpected problems, but that doesn't mean you have to settle for a non working system. Our technicians are highly trained and educated on today's quickly changing technology and are dispatched quickly to respond to emergencies or standard service calls anywhere in the Tri-State area. We also provide support as our clients learn to use and enjoy their new homes. We offer Preventative Maintenance Contracts that will keep your system in excellent working condition and minimize the effects of normal wear and tear. The purpose of the contract is to assure the integrity and functionality of your Home Entertainment/Automation System. This is achieved by monitoring key components including proper performance of the electronics, software/firmware updates to correct and/or prevent failures, battery performance, system clock, connections and general housekeeping. Maintenance visits can be scheduled on an individual basis or through a Bi-monthly, Quarterly or Semiannual Agreements. |
